PAYMENT TERMS

We accept VISA, Mastercard, money orders, certified checks, and personal checks. If you use a personal check, it must clear before the item will be shipped. Sales tax is not collected on items shipped out of the state of Virginia. Items shipped within the state of Virginia are subject to 5% state sales tax.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

The cost of shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for making their own shipping arrangements. We will be happy to provide a list of reputable insured shippers, and to assist you in making shipping arrangements. It is recommended to insure for the full amount of purchase. After delivery, please inspect the piece immediately and notify the shipper of any damage that may have occurred during transit.

GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase. All items are described honestly and accurately to the best of our knowledge. The representation is our opinion as to the style and age of the piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.

If you wish to return a purchase, please notify us within three days after receiving it. A full refund will be given for the purchase price after we receive the item in the same condition as it was shipped. Any damages to the item will negate the refund. The purchaser must pay for the insurance and shipping cost for the original delivery and return shipment.
